Meet The Team

Passion Driven by Experience

Although we’re proud of our products, services and technology, nothing matches the pride we have in our Burlington Press staff. You see, we learned long ago that we’re really in the business of building relationships. For that reason, we put a premium on hiring only the most qualified individuals to serve on our team.

Every person on our staff is committed to providing excellent customer service and producing high-quality products and services. As you work with us, we’re confident that you’ll find this to be true.

Rich Lewis

President and CEO

Rich Lewis started Burlington Press in 1993 with his wife and partner, Vivian. He comes from a marketing background and spent 11 years as a marketing manager, helping to grow a small $2 million company into a $20 million company.

Rich and Vivian have been married since 1975 and have three children. Rich is a long time member of the Burlington Rotary Club and serves on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties, YMCA Camp Ockanickon and the South Jersey Camera Club. He is also a volunteer photographer with the Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep organization.

Rich is an avid photographer and enjoys most outdoor activities like cycling, kayaking and hiking.

Vivian Lewis

Owner and Financial Manager

Vivian started Burlington Press with husband and partner Rich. She graduated from Trenton State College, now The College of New Jersey, with a degree in Business Administration. After college, Vivian worked as a computer programmer until going on hiatus to raise her 3 children. Now she applies her business and computer skills to Burlington Press to keep the company sound financially.

Vivian is a volunteer neighborhood dispute mediator in the Burlington County, NJ court system. She is also a life member of Hadassah and Women’s American ORT.

Vivian loves to quilt, and also enjoys reading, skiing, cycling, sea kayaking, hiking, and working out in the gym.

Scott Sutton

Creative Director

A native of Bucks County, PA, Scott ventured across the Delaware River one day and found Burlington Press. We decided to keep him. While we’re still not sure about these crazy Pennsylvanians, Scott has more than 15 years of industry experience in Graphic Design, Creative Direction, Website Design & Hosting, Production Management, Prepress and IT.

Scott loves sports, especially when it comes to the Flyers and Eagles. He also enjoys traveling and spent a couple of years living in Colorado and Arizona. Scott is currently engaged, with a wedding planned for September 2017.

Scott is more than happy to share his knowledge of design, file preparation, website management or just general computer operations. While he “claims” to maintain a preference for PCs, we think we’ve successfully converted him into a Mac guy.

Roger Morris

Project Coordinator

Roger is the friendly voice you hear when you call us. He has been in the industry over 20 years mostly working for a large bindery. He is conscientious about the jobs he handles and enjoys interacting with our customers.

Roger is married with one son. When he is not at work he plays bass in a local band.

George Taylor

Printing & Bindery Coordinator

George has been in the printing industry for over 30 years. In that time he has built an amazing level of knowledge and experience. Not only that, he’s an all around nice guy who bakes incredible pies.

George is an avid fly fisherman, golfer and cyclist. He also enjoys movies and classical music. His video collection is extensive and he is often lending out obscure and interesting movies to all of us. If he could travel, he would like to go to the Bahamas.

George has 2 children.

Emily Dellinger

Graphic Designer

Emily is the newest addition to the Burlington Press team, putting her creative talents to work on Graphic/Web Design, Social Media and more.

After studying Graphic Design in college, Emily spent nearly ten years in the nonprofit world where her roles ranged from fundraising and development to public relations and communications. She worked for organizations in Hawaii, Maryland and Washington, D.C. before returning to her South Jersey roots. Her design skills helped promote those organizations’ great work throughout the community.

Emily lives in Philadelphia with her husband Josh. She currently volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Atlantic & Cape May Counties and is a member of the Soroptimist International Club of Hammonton. She enjoys traveling and letterpress printing on her antique press.
